Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
1. No Returns for Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products (research compounds requiring controlled storage), we cannot accept returns for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under the ACL.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective or not as described
- Incorrect (wrong product sent)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our expense.
3. Return Process
All returns must be authorised by our support team before being sent back. Unauthorised returns will not be processed. Return shipping for faulty/incorrect items is covered by Peptides Australia.
4. Refund Approval
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 1-3 business days to appear in your account.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used
- Products returned without prior authorisation
- Change-of-mind returns (unless required by ACL)
6. Research Use Notice
All products are sold exclusively for research purposes. Claims related to therapeutic use, human consumption, or any use outside of legitimate research will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
7. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a return or refund request, please contact us at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days. You may also contact your state consumer affairs agency or the ACCC.
