Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12pm AEST are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Free Express Post: On all orders over $200 AUD
- Flat Rate Express: $17.95 for orders under $200 AUD
All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post with tracking.
3. Delivery Times
- Metro areas: 1-2 business days
- Regional areas: 2-4 business days
- Remote areas: 3-6 business days
These are estimates provided by Australia Post. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays.
4. Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee same-day dispatch on orders placed before 12pm AEST (Monday-Friday). Tracking information is provided via email once your order is dispatched.
5. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at [email protected]. We will lodge an investigation with Australia Post and arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents or the nature of the products inside. The sender name on the package will be our registered business name.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. Peptides Australia is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Redelivery may incur additional shipping charges.
8. Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within Australia only. International orders are not available at this time.
